Even if you don’t have a specific health issue, massage therapy can provide many benefits, such as:
- Increased circulation.
- Stimulation of the lymph system — the body’s natural defense against toxins.
- Release of endorphins — the body’s natural pain relief.
- Improved range of motion and decreased discomfort (e.g., lower back pain).
- Relaxation of overused or injured muscles; reduced spasms and tension.
You should undress to your desired level of comfort. About half of our clients prefer to be completely undressed, while the other half keep their undergarments on — it’s entirely up to you.
You’ll undress and dress in the privacy of your massage room and will be securely covered with a sheet and blanket throughout your session.
For preventative care or managing daily stress, once a month is common. Weekly sessions may be ideal for injury relief or chronic tightness that interferes with daily life.
Many clients see the best therapeutic results with sessions at least twice a month.
You may cancel or reschedule without charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel later than 24 hours or miss your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

Relaxation massage promotes calm and eases general tension without focusing on deep layers or specific problem areas.
Therapeutic massage targets muscle dysfunction, pain relief, and recovery using techniques like deep tissue, trigger point, or myofascial work.
Yes. Specific techniques release tension in postural muscles, help realign soft tissue, and improve body awareness — over time this supports better posture.
Define your wellness goals. Are you seeking relaxation, stress relief, recovery after injury, or help with chronic pain? Your goals determine the best style — e.g., Swedish for calming relief vs. sports or deep tissue for targeted muscle work.
- Prefer soothing, full-body flow? Try Swedish/relaxation.
- Need focused relief for knots? Deep tissue / trigger point.
- Training or post-event recovery? Sports massage.
- Prenatal support? Prenatal massage with proper positioning.
